the aim of the project was to implement in the field that takes us towards the valley of “Mar Geryous” Church.
363 sticks, a stick a day, each one carrying a white simple piece of fabric, to represent every man of this land.
Each stick, of 4 m long was planted following a gridded shape.
each stick was carrying a piece of fabric of 2.5 meters long, allowing it to fly freely in the wind.
72 hours of implementation with the help of the village youth.
The whole setting was spreading all over 6000 square meters.
People form the valley as much as from neighboring villages were curious to come to site to check on the works.
The land was saved from construction. It simply found its public usage.
One year after, the whole installation was re-implemented by the Boy Scouts in Bcharre using Bamboo sticks.
